Link popularity and popular link are identical but not same.

Link popularity is the " word " of webmaster or blogger that mean : link of some famous  popular website or blog which have connected or joined to ours so it also can make our site or blog more popular.

Popular link are all links which have "known" by almost people especially the netters.
